Retreat Program Overview
Welcome to our beautiful 40-acre campus, offering breathtaking views of the Hudson River Valley. Bordering nearly 5,000 acres of parkland, you can enjoy scenic hiking trails on Storm King Mountain directly from our property.

Facilities
Manor House
Manor House accommodates up to 23 overnight guests in 12 bedrooms and has six bathrooms. There are two bathrooms located on each floor. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor for easy access. The minimum to reserve Manor House is 12 people. The Manor House has its own dining room, where meals are provided by our staff. Necessary bedding and towels are provided.
Kirkwood House
Kirkwood House is a three-story facility that accommodates up to 20 people in 10 bedrooms and has six bathrooms. Each bedroom has direct access to a bathroom that is shared by another bedroom. The minimum to reserve Kirkwood House is 10 people. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor for easy access. The house is beautifully decorated with Victorian furnishings and has central air conditioning. Meals are served in the house’s own dining room. Necessary bedding and towels are provided.
Asbury, Hosier, & Wesley Cabins
Each of our 3 heated cabins accommodates up to 23 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a common area in each cabin along with three bathrooms. All beds are twin size and most are bunk beds. The minimum to reserve the cabins is 15 people. The cabins are great for youth or for adult groups looking for a more cost effective alternative. Meals for cabin guests are served in Lindsley Hall. Guests staying in a cabin need to bring linens, including sheets, pillows, blankets and towels.
Lindsley Hall
Lindsley Hall is a spacious facility that can be used for dining and meetings as well as special events. It may be used by cabin groups, as well as groups of 35 or more that are using multiple facilities. This facility can accommodate up to 100 guests. This facility has two bathrooms along with central heating and air conditioning.
Activities and Amenities
Meal Service
Our meal service offers up to three delicious meals per day, as well as hot beverage service with cookies and fresh fruit throughout the day.
Campfire
Gathered around the campfire is the perfect place for your group to share funny stories, highs and lows of the day, sing your favorite camp songs and of course, make s’mores! Date and time must be reserved in advance.
Hiking
You do not want to miss the breath-taking views of the Hudson River, Bannerman Island, and surrounding communities from the trails of Storm King Mountain. No Charge (no guide provided)

​Swimming Pool
On a hot summer day, nothing is better than cooling off in the pool! The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Our pool must be reserved at least two weeks in advance. The cost is $400/day of use for four hours (includes mandatory/certified lifeguard)
Tennis Court *Pickleball Coming Soon!
We invite retreat guests to bring their own racquet and play a game of tennis on our fenced-in outdoor court at the front of the property. No Charge, first come first served
Sledding/Tubing Hill
If snow is in the forecast or already on the ground for your retreat, bring your sleds and tubes for a fun-filled time of sledding on the hills at the front of camp!
No Charge (participants must provide their own sleds/tubes; or they may be purchased in town)
Basketball Court
Guests may enjoy a game of one-on-one or a full game of basketball on our court located by Lindsley Dining Hall. No Charge, first come first served
Volleyball
This is an informal court, but it is great for a pick-up game! No Charge, first come first served.
Large Playing Fields
Located directly in front of the cabins, the back field is the perfect place for large groups to gather for group games, trust exercises, and other outdoor activities.
